Course Expiration & Re-enrollment

The NCREC 180-Day Rule:
Per North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) regulations, learners are strictly required to complete the course and pass the end-of-course examination within 180 days of registration.

 

Strict Requirement to Restart
If you do not successfully pass the exam within this 180-day window, NCREC mandates that you re-enroll and restart the course from the beginning. * No progress can be carried over.

• All modules must be completed again.

• Previous coursework will be reset to 0%.
